6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information, materials, content, images, logos, documents, and other assets required for their project.

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide such materials to EKRATO STUDIO.

The client is also responsible for reviewing and approving work before publication, launch, advertising, or implementation.

7. Payments and Fees

• Delays in payment may result in the suspension or postponement of project work.

All applicable taxes, where required by law, may be charged separately.

8. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or significant changes after approval may be treated as additional work and may involve additional fees.

Once the client provides final approval, changes requested afterward may require additional time and charges.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EKRATO STUDIO retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, processes, concepts, templates, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and other intellectual property used in providing services.

Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, ownership or usage rights for final deliverables will be transferred or licensed to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Third-party materials, fonts, stock images, software, plugins, templates, and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms.

10. Client-Provided Content

The client retains responsibility for content and materials supplied to EKRATO STUDIO.

The client represents that such materials do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

EKRATO STUDIO is not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client where EKRATO STUDIO has reasonably relied upon the client’s representations regarding those materials.

11. Portfolio and Case Studies

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EKRATO STUDIO may display completed work created for clients in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, proposals, or case studies for promotional purposes.

Where a project contains confidential information or the client has requested that the work remain confidential, EKRATO STUDIO will respect the applicable confidentiality agreement or written restriction.
